Experience incredible hiking and nature tours, ceremonial and native rituals, powerful meditations at sacred locations, cleansing practices, elemental immersion, private practitioner healings, body work sessions and sacred rest in a private mountain sanctuary. 3-Days. About Your Coach, David
David Dillon is a guide for high-achieving leaders seeking depth, integration, and soulful impact. Through ancestral initiation, executive experience, and advanced coaching, he supports clients to align strategy with sovereignty, presence with purpose, and success with legacy.
David was once in a position of transformation and early discovery --- he was called to face all that he thought he knew about himself and the world.
In 2012 he began a journey of self-becoming. His grandfather was a former Prime Minister of Australia and he had worked for him for many years in consulting but was yearning for a deeper purpose. He left his families firm and took years of studies and learnings in business, psychology and philosophy and moved into the natural world, where he explored and connected with native wisdom keepers, healers and shamans in the Americas.
He went deep into the human psyche with ancient leaders, with a quest to learn how to liberate the human psyche and free the soul from self-sabotaging cycles. Through an initiation by tribesman, he was honored with the attonement as a gatekeeper of truth between the seen and unseen world, and was shown how to use the power of sacred intention and invocation to reclaim, transform and empower people's soul journey.
He moved to California and begun working with some of the founders of the biggest tech companies in the world where he had incredible results. This lead him down a path of coaching and was introduced to Tony Robbins' mentor where he learnt advanced coaching techniques and refined his offerings to serve his soul mission in leadership coaching.
He now applies all his skills, learnings and experiences to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind coaching format that rapidly accelerates people's growth. Most of all, he is dedicated and passionate about supporting people from a deep place of love, care and understanding on what the path involves.
Most importantly, he's lived it on the deepest level and has helped hundreds of clients make lasting positive changes in their lives. This is what sets him apart from other coaches, he brings something that is unique and valuable, particularly in today's world of western based coaching methodologies.

We focus on areas like subconscious integration, deep identity discovery, energy clearing, value alignment, and vision blueprinting — all supported by sacred tools, ancient protocols, and practical strategy.
The coaching journey culminates in a 3-day private retreat with me in Mount Shasta — one of my favourite and most powerfully sacred places on Earth!
In Shasta we integrate everything. We reconnect with nature, hike, meditate, detox, breathe, cleanse, and activate your next chapter of your greatest version in soul-aligned leadership.
